Marks of Cleansing are permeant Status Conditions acquired by the player character from Krogh.

How To Acquire[ | ]
To Acquire any of these marks the player character must:
- Gain Access to Pilgrim's Parish by completing both A Stabber in Dark Alleys and A Possible Exit
- Enter Blasted Street at least once
- Get Cultist Robes (see the The Theater of Bones Guide for more info on that)
- Speak to the Cultist Sheikh in front of the Theater about entering, he will ask about a mark.
- Then the player may go to Krogh to get a mark.
