Hershel claims to be the darts champion of the world and can be found practicing in the Old Eel. The player character can play a game of darts with him.

Should the player character beat him at darts regardless of the method Hershel will leave the Old Eel Bar and can later be encountered as an enemy in a random travel event "A Group of Lunatics and a Familiar Face".
