This Quest begins upon overhearing a conversation between two Mob men in main street near Julians corpse.

This quest ends upon the completion of its subquests.
Guide[ | ]
After your initial encounter with near the corpse at Main Street two Mob Men will approach from Riverside click on them to listen in on a conversation. Take care in your dialogue choices as there are choices that lead to unnecessary combat. Go to The Old Eel Bar to find Detective Wilkins, he will be sitting at a table, then speak to him to start The Phantom Pain.
